This is a gathering that focuses on cultivating various experiential aspects of growth in our spiritual life. We usually meet once a month on Mondays in the Hearth Room of the Parish Centre. The formal audiovisual presentation is from 7 pm for no longer than an hour. There will be some time for sharing or social activities.
Example of topics covered in the past include: Compassion, Compassion Fatigue, Eucharist Celebration, Palliative Care Movement, Hospice care, Gospel Contemplation, Discernment of spirits, Examen (Examination of Consciousness), Ignatian Spiritual Exercises based on Everyday Life (Annotation 19), Liturgy of the Hours, Dynamic relationship between Lectio Divina and Centering Prayer.
The meeting date is announced a few weeks ahead of time. All are welcome.
