Baptisms are celebrated with children whose parents are registered members of Holy Rosary Parish. The Sacrament of Baptism is celebrated following the 11:00 a.m. Mass on the First Sunday of each month. Parents wishing to have their child baptized should contact the parish office at 905-634-7441. A meeting with Pastoral Minister Mary Edmondstone will be arranged and information about Baptism Preparation will be provided.
FIRST COMMUNION AND CONFIRMATION – FOR CHILDREN NOT ATTENDING HOLY ROSARY SCHOOL
Preparation for children in grade 2 who will be celebrating First Reconciliation and First Communion begins in January 2019. This program is a mix of at-home assignments and Parish sessions. The cost of the program is $40
The Sacrament of Confirmation will be celebrated with students in grade 7 at Holy Rosary School on November 14, 2018. There is a preparation program for students not attending a Catholic school. The program, Confirmed in the Spirit, involves at-home assignments and 3 Parish sessions. Preparation will begin in September. The cost of the program is $30.

ADULT CONFIRMATION
Any adult, not confirmed, is encouraged to call the parish office 905-634-7441 and make preparation to be Confirmed.
RITE OF CHRISTIAN INITIATION OF ADULTS (RCIA)
RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) is a process that allows you to explore, ask questions, grow in faith, and develop a deeper understanding of the Catholic Church. It includes prayer, study, reflection and the celebration of Rites that mark distinctive stages on the journey to becoming a Catholic. Adults who are interested in investigating the Catholic Faith and receiving the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Eucharist and Confirmation) are asked to contact the parish office 905-634-7441.
SACRAMENT OF MARRIAGE
Engaged couples wishing to celebrate the Sacrament of Marriage at Holy Rosary are asked to contact the parish office one year in advance of the Wedding. Couples must be registered members of the parish and practicing their Faith on a weekly basis.
